with a spatula, remove a small amount of balm and gentle massage onto dry skin, then massage in a small amount of warm water to the balm on skin to emulsify the balm, creating a creamy cleansing milk, melting away impurities, then rinse with warm water or wipe away with a soft warm damp cloth.
